This half-day seminar will build on security considerations with emphasis on site layout, pre-planning for large venue facilities, and high-security corporate layouts. Site visit includes FEMA site vulnerability assessment, access control, and egress options.

Upon completion of this program:

Participants will have the ability to define the explanation of what constitutes a vulnerability within and surrounding a structure and identify those same vulnerabilities.
Participants will have the ability to understand identified vulnerability indicators and the numerical rating system in place for the vulnerability and justification of the rating.
Participants will have the ability to balance high security corporate design aesthetics in tandem with applicable security necessities and modifications.
Participants will be show real world examples where site assessment and layout recommendations were either not required initially or client declined to amend after an assessment was completed on initial layout approval which resulted in a preventable future loss of light, injury or loss of government and private sector contracts after breech.
